Wimberley Water Supply Corporation is pleased to announce to all its customers that WWSC now uses PayClix for online bill presentment & payment. 

Payments received BEFORE 5:00 pm will be given same-day credit to the water account. Payments received AFTER 5:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

Through PayClix you can now securely view and pay your water bill online using an eCheck or Credit/Debit card, so paying your utility bill has never been easier.  You can also set up automatic payments, so you will never be late on paying a bill ever again.

Wimberley Water Supply Corporation offers a variety of convenient payment options. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

NOTE: When paying by bill pay through your bank understand there could be a delay with your bank or the post office when delivering payment. Wimberley WSC will not be responsible for waiving late fees for payments  that are not received by WWSC by the 15th. of each month.

Your bill is mailed from Wimberley, TX. The post office will not forward your water bill to you if you have a new billing address. If your billing address has changed, it is your responsibility to contact Wimberley WSC to update your billing address. 

1. Pay Your Bill Online

The most convenient way to pay your bill.  Simply click on the Pay Your Bill Online button and you will be taken to a secure site to pay your bill.  Fast, easy and simple. Online payments are generally posted the next business day.

The customer is responsible for updating the Payment Portal with current payment information.

3. Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

4. Payment Drop-Off Location

Located in the main entry door you will find the drop box. Please include your bill card or your account number on your check or with your payment.  Payments will be posted next business day.

PAYMENT POLICIES 

• Your payment is late if not paid in full by the due date listed on your bill
• Accounts not paid by the due date are subject to a penality of 5% or $5.00, whichever is larger shall be applied to delinquent bills.
• Accounts not paid by the disconnect date noted on your bill are subject to disconnection.
• A non-refundable $50.00 fee ($75.00 after hours) is required to reconnect service after it has been disconnected for non-payment.

 

BILLING CYCLE

Wimberley wsc has one billing cycle. Wimberley WSC read meters monthly.

• Meters are read around the 26th day of each month.
• Bills are mailed on the last working day of the month.
• Payment is due on or before the 15th. of the month.

If your due date falls on a weekend or Holiday, Wimberley WSC will not consider your payment late until the next business day.
